Can I book a room on the phone or via e-mail?

Yes, of course. You only have to dial our number (+36-20-545-3024). You can also send an e-mail on the following address: heviz@farkasnet.hu. Booking online is the most comfortable way of reservation.

How do I know after booking online if my reservation has been succesful?

Your online booking will be confirm by an e-mail as soon as possible. Your reservation is only valid after getting this comfirmation e-mail. After this occupy your apartment on the day of arrival.

Do I have to pay deposit?

You don't have to pay in advance, only at the day of arrival in one summe and in cash.

When can I occupy the room and when do I have to leave?

You can occupy your apartment on the day of arrival from 2 o'clock p.m. and you have to leave it on the day of departure untill 10 o'clock a.m. If there are any changes at the time of arrival or departure, please contact us in time. In this case we can temporary place your luggage.

What does this price include?

The price of the apartment includes:

• accomodation for the given number of people
• tourist tax
• bedclothes
• bathromm equipment: liquid soap, toilet paper, little towel
• kitchen equipment: fridge, microwave oven, gas oven, coffe maker, dishes, washing up liquid, kitchenclothes
• household equipment: drierstand, washing up set, sweep
• after the departure of our guests we clean up the apartments

How and until when can I cancel the booking?

In case of a cancellation please call us as soon as possible (+36-20-545-3024), or send me an e-mail (heviz@farkasnet.hu)!
